There's A Girl

Here's our latest single which should hit the streaming services in mid-July. Why this old picture? Well, the year is 1973 and our teenage protagonist had fallen head over heals for the girl of his dreams (the one in the picture) who just happened to be half again his age while going out with their mutual friend (a true story).

"I actually wrote a tune with the same theme as this one around the time this picture was taken. It was a country tune in the style of Ernest Tubb called I'm Still Sandin' By. It wasn't a bad tune, but this one's better!" - Slim
